Once a call is prioritized are the calls with the higher priority FIFO based on when they were prioritized or FIFO based on original queueing time?
I.e. does a 30 minute hold that gets set to priority x go in front of a call that has only held for 10 minutes but was set to priority X 5 minutes earlier?
