No. Please open a TAC Case.

I did a upgrade during install, which took forever.

The recommendation is to use bootable 8.5.1 media, however that same server never installed into the UC Publisher database and has to be rebuilt. What a headache.

Jason,

I saw your NetPro post about this issue, and wondering what the fix was. I'm running into the same issue.

Unity Connection 8.x subscriber install Update during Install "Unable to migrate user/local/platform/conf/platformConfig.xml file<https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3294901#3294901>
Installing a second server (subscriber) to an existing Unity Connection 8.5(1) cluster.
The hard drive came pre-loaded with Unity Connection 8.0(3a) so at setup I choose Update during Install, it asked for my ftp into, retrieved the upgrade patch (4GB) and then gave a "Unable to install patch(s) from host x.x.x.x, user jaarons, directory /: Unable to migrate user/local/platform/conf/platformConfig.xml file. Required. Ok."

And bombs out, trying it a second time...

Thank you, in advance, for the help.
