[cisco-voip] CME phones can't proceed with options in external IVR

Hi all,
 
I have CME with PRI E1 and everything working fine 
but i have a problem that when I dial from any ip phone in my system to external numberwith IVR or call center
the call connected and I hear the Message of IVR of the call center ..... but when I press any number for any options ... the IVR can't recognize this choice
 
 
for example : I dial from my phone with 0900XXXXX ...... the call connected and I heared the message that say welcome to the company press 1 for english press 2 for arabic
 
when I press 1 .... nothing happened and IVR can't sense my choice 
 
 
How can I solve this ?
