I have the exact same setup. I have also worked with my Cisco AM to get it
clarified and so far have gotten nowhere.

SU1 for UCCX 8.5 is due the end of the month so I bet it will be updated
then.

If you want to forward me the logs you are getting I can compare if I get
the same.

Hey folks,

Got an interesting one..

IPCC ver 8.5. Intermittent RMJTAPI login errors..

Same user works on Phone A, not phone B with Ext mobility.

Using 8.5.1SU1 and base 8.5 CCX.

Got a TAC case, but not real helpful..

The CCX compat guide does not list SU1, but in the past I've have been told
by tac to call and get more up to date info.

TAC engineer is sticking on the Compat guide..

Ideas?

Thanks,

Jim
