FYI
Just updated to 8.5.1 uccx (not su1) and there is a bug with agent desktop and recordings. Tac gave me newer agent.exe to put on pc's (manual process) that fixes issue. They are still working on this fix for agent desktop that comes with SU1.
On another note, originally tried the SU1 update during 8.5.1 install but the windows to Linux update kept failing on phase 2, worked with tac and did a 8.5.1 on another vm that worked fine. We used the 8.5.1 su1 pre upgrade tool with SU1 install. Phase 2 failed on historical data part.
