[cisco-voip] listening to on going calls >Supervisor privilage

We need to integrate our CME & CM4 users with a system that will enable
listering to cutomers  section  agents IP phones to check how do agnets
reposnd/talk  to customers ,there is NO ipcc ,Is there any one who has
a workaround or a solution to  recommed.
