[cisco-voip] CUDAC - Department Attendant Console - Keyboard Shortcuts - Control A to Answer

The customer purchased CUDAC, in the box came a "Keyboard Shortcuts" for the top of keyboard, along with the paper CUDAC license.  See photo.

I don't think Ctrl + A works in CUDAC.   That somehow Cisco is putting these long thin slips of paper in the CUDAC box by mistake. Maybe they had printed too many back in the 4.1 days?

Has anyone gotten CUDAC to work with the Control + keys like the old AC?

In short the customer didn't have a Queue for the old AC but used it to control the line on the phone, lookup/transfer and are worried that if they are not logged into CUDAC client they can't get calls on the handset.
