[cisco-voip] UCCX Skill bulk update users

I have about 150 agents that I am migrating from UCCX 5.0 to UCCX 8.5. I am not
performing an upgrade but moving the IP phones and users to a new cluster. I
have been moving the phones by using BAT and performing an export and import of
the phones. Each agent has about 20 skills assigned to them along with the team
they belong to. I need to know of a way to bulk import the skill assignments to
the end users in UCCX 8.5. Is there a bulk import or AXL interface?
