[cisco-voip] Uploading Phone Firmware for 8.5

I just bit the bullet and did the .cop file, and then changed the default
firmware file back.  Figured it was the supported, least likely to get me
in trouble way to go.

I'm not sure what my hangup on installing the .cop file was.  I think I
just didn't want to "downgrade" a "fresh" install.

Not that this is the appropriate way to submit feature requests, but how
about this:

Make a check box (or something) that says not to make the .cop file the
system default when you install it (Default action would be for it to be
checked, so that it mirrors current behavior)
