[cisco-voip] Reporting on Cfwd state?

You can do an export all phone details, but that will take a day at least and then you still have to parse the data with a script or something. 

And even then, you won't get those events where someone pushes iDivert (if they have it) or simply turn their ringer down and let it go right to voice mail.

is there any way to report on Call Forward State? 


we have an issue where people are hiding behind VM. any ideas? we are still on CM 7.1 so some thought has went into AC but it would be a VERY MANUAL reporting (open to other issues) 


All I can think of is creating some CTI application, or Mining through CM logs. Any other ideas? Less costly and time consuming?
