[cisco-voip] CUEAC 8.6 notes feature question

Jason,

This information is stored in the SQL Database on the CUEAC server and is therefore seen by all of the Operators.

As a side note, in step 3 below you can press Ctrl-N to go straight into the Notes section of the contact.
