The duke has broken and I am now in need of Voice professionals looking for
a chance to grow in a company and gain experience. I was asked by Cisco to
provide long term Contractors for a huge project with heavy potential to go
perm. These are US based roles in the Mid-West. No visa sponsorships but
TN-1 or TN-2 OK.

Subject: Re: [cisco-voip] CUEAC 8.6 notes feature question
Jason,
This information is stored in the SQL Database on the CUEAC server and is
therefore seen by all of the Operators.
As a side note, in step 3 below you can press Ctrl-N to go straight into the
Notes section of the contact.
Kind Regards

Keyboard
Step 1 Press Alt+Number to select a directory. The number relates to the
tab. e.g. Alt+1 would open Full Directory which is the 1st tab, 3 would open
the 3rd tab along, etc.
Step 2 Use Up and Down arrow keys to select a contact.
Step 3 Press F12 to open the Contact Properties window.
Step 4 Amend the Notes for the contact.
Step 5 Click OK.
If OperatorX adds notes for a contact do they appear on the other Attendant
Console operators computers? I wouldn't think so, your not adding a note to
a central database are you?
