Did you buy VMware from Cisco?

Go to this site and read everything there.
http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Unified_Communications_Virtualization
Jot down your questions, then read the wiki again to see if they are answered.

You will have a much smoother experience with your deployment if you do the work ahead of time to be prepared.

Start here:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/unified_computing/ucs/c/sw/os/vmware/install/VMWARE-esxi-install.html

You'll need to install VMware on your UCS server first. After that, you will need to configure VMware, set up a virtual machine, and then install CUCM within the virtual machine.
