other fixes:  TRAINING.

have the teachers CFA to VM.

Give the teachers the idivert key and allow them to forward to VM upon call

or create a *extension to VM and have the secretaries forward to that, so it
goes to the teachers VM rather than ringing at the phone in the class room.
