Some additional information here would be helpful.
Is this on CUCM or CUCME?
Is this a new out of the box phone, or was it previously deployed elsewhere?
Do you have other 7937s deployed on the system that are working correctly?
Have you tried another IP phone on the port where the 7937 is deployed,
and does it work correctly?
What does your config on the switch port look like? Trunk port or voice
VLAN?
Give us some more information and we'll see if we can't help you fix it.
