[cisco-voip] Cisco IP Communicator

I have one user, that this has happened to three times.
She launches CIPC and all she gets is the phone template, with a black
screen.
If I goto her profile, and delete under local settings and application data
the Cisco folders, the phone will behave normally. Till a day or two later,
it will happen again.
Any ideas on what I can look at?
