[cisco-voip] FW: 911 call routing from Unity

I guess in this situation I would create a separate call handler for each phone that has a separate address and add an option, press 9 for 911 and then send that call to another call handler that transfers to a prefixed 911 number on ccm that sends it out the right trunk.
Alternatively, if Unity 5 has partitions and search spaces, you could use each individual call handler and allow people to dial 911 during the greeting and then route them according to the search pattern assigned to that call handler.
Are these call handlers intercepting raw 911 calls? Can you tell the user, if this is an emergency, hang up and dial 911.

There must be a way to program so that each location will deliver the correct address to PSAP. Anyone have any suggestions?
