[cisco-voip] log file for license mac change

Actually if you change the setting back, you will get your original license
mac, or it did in my case.

I had to rebuild my CUC cluster after applying for licenses and forgot which
NTP server I used.  I didn't document it (silly me) and when I got it
installed, the mac had changed.

I went through our NTP servers in the settings until I found the original
license mac.

I don't know if it applies to all settings, but it does for the NTP server.
(it only looks at the first one)
