"The CAD Chat client logs all agent-to-agent, agent-to-supervisor and
agent-to-SME
chat messages. One file is created for each day of the week. Logs are saved
in the
folder C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\log\transcripts on the client computer
for one
week. To view a log, you must log onto the client computer."

the Enterprise nature, this is also true for UCCX.
