My workaround was just tell the agents to logout and login to EM but my agents phones are 7942s and 7945s

I was reading your post and I had this issue with an agent using a 9951..you said there was a work around..can you tell me what this is?? I disassociated and reassociated the device to the rmjtapi account but to no avail.
