Hi Mathew,

They login and out of EM? Had a couple of random people with this, this
morning. This is 8.5.1SU1. Had not seen this before in 8.0.2. The error they
got was the JTAPI one where it says it can't control your phone, which
normally I only see if the UCCX app users in CUCM don't have access to the
agent's phone.

I had this a month or so ago on 8.0.2.

>From the TAC Case:

When the agent is login to the EM, it is supposed to send the db
notification to all the ctimanager servers in the cluster. However,in our
case when the agent is login to the EM, the db change notification does not
send to the sub1 (x.x.x.x) which is the subscriber where the phone is
registered to. The db change notification is successfully passed to the
ctimanager service on sub2 (x.x.x.x).

DB change notification is sending to the ctimanager on sub2 but not sub1:

Pkid=6027ee0c-d887-4ada-9c4d-3567ce77c7c7 User Id=CCRM EMTypes=2

Tried restarting ctimanager and dbmonitor to no avail, ended up having to
restart the subscriber.

In my case if users re-tried they would eventually get in so restarts could
wait until a maintenance window.

It is SR618572291 for those who can see these things..

Thanks,

Aaron Daniels
