[cisco-voip] Attendant Console showing all Phone Status with red X or cross

It just dawned on me everyone has a Device CSFUSERNAME for CUPC 8.x in CallManager but most don't use CUPC.  I recall shared lines will present the wrong status, right?

Jason,

You have a single user in the screenshot where BLF is displaying, have you compare the difference between that user and the other users on the CUCM?

Are the users using Extension Mobility?

Phone Presence icon shows Red X over all the phones
4 digit dialing, LDAP ipPhone field = 4-digit (checked AD Users and Computers matches CCMAdmin match AC)
CUCM users synced from AD/LDAP
CallManager User Management > End User shows 4 digit, phones have same 4 digit number

In the Attendant Console client the users Phone Status icon all showed a red X or cross (attachment). The CUPS Presence Icon is working we just have a handful that use CUPC.

Same problem but all my DNs are 4 digit and match ipphone field, etc.
