[cisco-voip] 7965 Caller ID Left Side of Screen

I don't think that's it either.

Auto call select when enabled is for a incoming call on the same line,
the phone will automatically scroll down to that call and the Answer
soft key will appear.  If you disable it you have to manually use the
rocker to choose the call, then the Answer key will appear.
