[cisco-voip] cisco 6921 with asterisk

Hi all
 
I have IP phones 6921 and I want to configure it on Asterisk
so I already installed SIP Firmware on phones 
 
but how to configure these phones on Asterisk ???
 
there is no any parameters on Phone itself regarding SIP "SIP server IP, username, Password , DN" ....  ????

How can register these phones with asterisk?
