Hi Scott,
thanks for reply. I am ok with expanded call variable and setting the value in the script the last point here i stuck where can i set this variable in CAD Admin tool. Are you referring to the Enterprise Data configuration where we usually add custom variable as well us ECC Variables.

in your call editor under settings --> expanded call varibles.
you will need to pass the data to them in your script.
then you will need to add those to the CAD client via the desktop admin tool.

They have UCCX version 8.5 installed. If i store these values in Enterprise variables1 to 5 then how can enable them to display on CAD. Appreciate your prompt response.
