Does your redirect step redirect to "option" or to "option{number}".
You're setting "option{number}" within each output branch and I'm
wondering if you should be setting "option = option{number}".
Sent from an Apple iOS device with very tiny touchscreen input keys.
Please excude my typtos.

Redirect CSS? I am not sure if we have that? I have it set the same as
our other CTI route points. For each option I have it set like this. Is
that correct? I’ve never set this many options on a script yet.

Sean,
I suspect it to be a CSS issue on the Callmanager.
Can you check the CSS and rerouting CSS on the caller and cti ports.
I cant remember offhand which css is used for redirect from cti port.

picks up but when I select an option it disconnects.

There was a call redirect left in the script that I didn’t see. Thank you
so much for your help. Now what do I use to make the options work because
when I call the number now I get my announcement but when I press 1 it
disconnects.

Hi Sean,
Does the modified script validate? Go to Tools -> Validate in the Editor.
The message you're getting means that there is some runtime exception when
executing the script (as long as it didn't complain when you uploaded it,
which is a compile time error).
Thank you,

When I call the trigger number it just says Sorry we are experiencing
system problems.

Hi Sean,
Can you let us know exactly what isn't working? What digits are you
pressing to navigate the menu and what are you hearing/experiencing?
Thank you,

Trying to add options on a script and it’s not working. Can anyone tell me
what I am doing wrong?
