Hello Ryan, thanks you for your reply, but  I need to know the sample code that uses C++ programming language for CRS CTI protocol to customize several feature of Cisco Agent Desktop or add new interface similar to CAD.

Hi Figueroa, 

Unfortunately, a custom CTI client cannot be used with UCCX as it can be with UCCE. You can make customizations on CAD running on the PC with the workflow configurations, but there is no provision for a fully custom CTI client in UCCX.
