[cisco-voip] ip phone firmware issue

Recently i've installed CUCM 8.6.

I've registered ip phone 7941 with the CUCM.

On reset the phone tries to upgrade the firmware but give the error LOAD
AUTHENTICATION FAILED.

The current firmware on the phone is SCCP41.8-3-1S and the firmware on the
CUCM 8.6 is SCCP41.9-2-3S.


Please suggest on how to resolve the issue.
