Abbas,

What is the proper DID for this number "52031"?

I recommend using an External Phone Number Mask and ensuring that the
number sent as the calling number has the correct number of digits. This
should be the same number as the E164 DID, or the E164 number minus the
country code. That seems like you're missing a few digits below. I've seen
providers drop calls when a calling number isn't the correct length.

In the US I'd also recommend sending the call with the correct plan and
type as well instead of just Unknown/Unknown.
