[cisco-voip] PSTN call disconnect issue

We are getting call disconnect issues for both incoming and outgoing calls
to PSTN. How should i proceed troubleshooting to identify whether it is due
to some issue at our Voice Gateway or because of some issue at Service
provider's end.

We are using MGCP on Cisco Voice Gateway and Call Manager ver 4.3 as
Publisher and Subscriber.
