[cisco-voip] 3rd Party SIP monitoring?

Hello gurus of Cisco VoIP -

I think I already know the answer to this question, but I said I'd ask...

Can you think of any way to do "monitoring" of a 3rd Party SIP endpoint?

We have some software that aids in our fundraising efforts that places
outbound calls for a room full of agents and the supervisor wants to be
able to listen in to conversations between agents and customers.  I think
the software licenses some CounterPath library if that makes a difference.
