Thanks for the assistance everyone. It helps when the OS is 32-bit and not 64-bit. One of those Layer 1 problems again.

Depending on what version you are using the install GUI used to be a bit confusing as to what IPs you were supposed to put in where, one field gets the ip of the server you are putting CUEAC on and one gets your CUCM IP. The verbiage used to be unclear and I and apparently many others screwed it up. The easiest fix for that if you don't have anything working yet is just reinstall.

Usually occurs when the service on the cueac is not running, most times when service is not running the license is invalidated. you have 60 days but tac told me that it begins to fail about 30 day into the temp license. build another one with another free license.

Trying to install CUEAC in a lab environment. I have a Test 8.5 CUCM server up and running. All the services are up. I have followed the Web Admin Guide for creating an App User. However, when running through the wizard I try to connect to the CUCM, but it just fails. I know I can access the server and the App user can login to the Web Interface. Are there any Service or Enterprise parameters I may be missing?

I just get "Unable to connect to CUCM".

Thanks in advance.
Mike
