[cisco-voip] Question about IPCC-X Supervisor Desktop agent --

Hi all -

 

I have a user of Supervisor Desktop whose  

Agent Real Time Displays window  keeps "going away"

 

I've re-installed Supervisor Desktop on the machine - to no solution.

 

 

It's this dialog box:

 

 

 

 

These are the window settings

 

 

 

I've tried the "always on top" as well.

 

What happens is that the minute an agent hangs up a call, a new call
enters the queue, etc.

(anything that could change the numbers in the Call Waiting window, the
dialog box instantly vanishes.

 

the user can reopen it by going back to the Supervisor Desktop and
choosing "Reports" again and setting up the right Real Time Display,
etc...

but it always goes away again...

 

Clues, anyone??

 

I may open a TAC case, but thought I'd ask out here in case someone's
seen this and solved it already..

 

Does not happen to another Supervisor Desktop user... appears to be
unique to this PC.
