Erick,

I think you could use the custom data variables (don't remember the
exact term for them) to write the number the call was forwarded to
into a pre-designated field in the UCCX database. They can then be
accessed via HRC. This is all assuming you have UCCX anyway. I know
you wanted to avoid making a database for these, but the fields are
already there you just have to write it into the script to store the
info. I haven't messed with these too much, but I can see if I can dig
up the script I was playing with some time ago if you are interested -
i was storing answers to a survey in them.
