[cisco-voip] jabber client troubleshooting - dial rules

OK - So far: 

    • I created a new dial rule XML file and uploaded it to the TFTP server 
    • I restarted the TFTP services 
    • I tested downloading the XML file using a TFTP client and I can get it fine 
    • I configured the iphone jabber client to use the new file 



When I start the client on the iPhone, I see absolutely no activity on the TFTP server (using network capture) 




What gives? Don't these clients have to connect to the TFTP server to download stuff?
