[cisco-voip] ITL Files on Subscriber

So I did backup and restore of this into my environment and have been unable to replicate.
My ccm's use IP's and under the ITL its lists the TVS for each ccm fqdn. It lists a single TFTP-server (publisher). Is that right?

Let us know if that fixes it, it's a subtle detail that a secondary TVS service is required in order to re-validate/update ITL file entries, I know I've created many a test device pool with only one entry in the CMGroup, so I'm sure someone will hit this scenario again.
Thanks

I did have it for testing purposes with only 1 node in the CM Group. That is probably it.

Hi Dennis,
Each UCM node has it's own call manger.pem and tvs.pem, sounds like there may be a mismatch between the ITL on the phone and the tvs.pem on the bad subscriber.
I suggest you read the following section of Jason Burns excellent SBD document:
Changing Host Names or Domain Names<https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-17679#Changing_Host_Names_or_Domain_Names>
https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-17679#Changing_Host_Names_or_Domain_Names
I suspect you only have one CMGroup in the device pool when you are testing the bad node, assuming the phone is unable to find an additional TVS service to verify the bad node's cert. If this is the case try adding additional nodes to the CM Group to see if that fixes the issue.
Thanks
Stephen

Anyone had issues with different ITL's on the subscribers from the publisher? If phone are registered to a specific subscriber they get host not found on the corp directory. If I change it to the publisher or other subscriber, then all is well.
