[cisco-voip] ITL Files on Subscriber

Dennis,

I kept pushing my TAC engineer for the ITL issues I experienced when I
added a devicepack, and eventually this is what I got back. (I don't have
the email in front of me, so this is paraphrased:  (This was under 8.5, I
think 8.6 is different based on comments made on the list)

"Sometimes Database replication between PUB and SUB can be delayed, up to
20 minutes, and with a ITL file regeneration, you could possibly reboot the
subscriber before it gets updated by the PUB"

How did you change the phone to use the "other" PUB or SUB if the ITL file
was dorked on the phone?  I thought when the ITL file was wrong, the phone
wouldn't take any updates from the Node it's registering to.
