[cisco-voip] IP communicator 8.6 issues lately?

I have a large telecommuting base that using IP communicator 8.6 (and
anyconnect 2.5).

Lately I've been seeing more issues with the softphone  (black screen, not
responsive, using wrong IP address (not vpn address)).  Did a windows
update come out that has been causing any issues?

Just wondering if it's just me.
