[cisco-voip] CUCM 8.6(2a) & 9971 9.2(1): Messages Button Returns "Messages not available"

I have not seen this, maybe look at the Messages URL setting?  It is
blank on a 8.5.1 system.

ITLs good, corp directory work okay?
