slight technicality - if they were using a hardware FXS/DID port as a dedicated inbound DID port then they'd be able to use direct-inward-dial...
not just for PRIs...

Couple things, not sure of any of these will solve the problem:
-Remove 'direct-inward-dial' on the FXS port. Only for PRI's.
-Need to enable caller ID on FXS. 'caller-id enable' on voice-port 2/0
-May also need caller-id on voice-port 1/0:24 also.
