That was interesting. I set to fgd-eana on both ends.

(AS5400)
controller T1 1/0:24
 framing esf
 channel-group 0 timeslots 1-20 speed 64
 loopback network ignore
 ds0-group 20 timeslots 21-24 type fgd-eana mf ani-dnis

(IAD2400)
controller T1 0/0
 mode cas
 framing esf
 linecode b8zs
 channel-group 0 timeslots 1-20 speed 64
 ds0-group 20 timeslots 21-24 type fgd-eana

The IAD now shows a called-number being received in dialpeer debugging, but the called-number it shows is actually the calling-number.

Router#

   Calling Number=, Called Number=5023871095, Voice-Interface=0x64868794,

   Match Rule=DP_MATCH_INCOMING_DNIS; Called Number=5023871095

The called-number is actually 502-567-3011. 502-387-1095, the number shown, is the number of the cell phone from which I was calling.
