[cisco-voip] cas-custom DS0's, no called-number coming through

Have a ds0-group configured on an AS5400 as a cas-custom group. The ds0's are on a t1 to a cisco 2400IAD.

AS5400

controller T1 1/0:24
 framing esf
 channel-group 0 timeslots 1-20 speed 64
 loopback network ignore
 ds0-group 20 timeslots 21-24 type e&m-fgb
 cas-custom 20

2400IAD

controller T1 0/0
 mode cas
 framing esf
 linecode b8zs
 channel-group 0 timeslots 1-20 speed 64
 ds0-group 20 timeslots 21-24 type e&m-immediate-start
 cas-custom 20

It all works for placing calls, except they never get routed to the correct port on the 2400IAD because the called number does not come through with the call. Any suggestions on how this should be set up?
