Hi Tim,
A couple of musts you should perform to fix the issue;
1) Restart the CTI Manager service on the CM server beginning with CM Pub
and the subsequent Subs. Only restart this Service on the servers which you
have assigned as "Cisco Unified CM Telephony Provider Configuration" under
System >> "Cisco Unified CM Configuration" from the UCCX AppAdmin.
2) Disassociate and re associate the IP Phones you're having an issue with
from the RMCM App User on the CM and then re associate the phones.
As a health check, make sure the NIC Binding order on the CCX server is in
the correct. if not, then correct it followed by a restart of the server.

Hi All,
We're running UCCX 7.01SR5 and CUCM 7.15. There's been a request to use
Extension Mobility for the Agents. Everything seems to be working except
when the agent tries to go into "Ready" mode. The error message states:
"Resource's Device is Off."
"The agent extension is out of service. Ready state change and call control
operations cannot be performed."
I know UCCX ties the device to CUCM via associating a device to an
application user. Device Profiles cannot be added in as an associated
device. Will Extension Mobility even work with UCCX?
Thanks,
Tim
