What's show controllers t1 0/0/0 brief tell you? My guess is you will see a remote alarm. Here is a PRI I'm waiting on to be provisioned.
T1 0/0/0 is down.

It stopped working this afternoon.
The provider can't get to their smartjack so I guess I won't worry until they can test clean.
