You'll need to order the Unity to Unity Connection migration via PUT. Once
you get that you will take your old Unity license files send them to
licensing at cisco.com (say a prayer, perhaps sacrafice a goat or chicken or
something to appease the Cisco licensing gods), give them the new MAC
address and the PAK for the Unity to Unity Connection migration, they may
also ask for the SO# for the upgrade/migration so have that handy and they
should send you back the migrated Unity licenses and the Unity Connection
migration license which enables the Unity licenses on Unity Connection.

Depending on the number of port you had on the old system or if you need an
HA server you will probably want to order these $0 upgrades or something
similar.
