[cisco-voip] silent monitoring issue

Hi,

Using CCM based silent monitoring using CTI Supervisor toolkit.

CCM 7.1
Ucce8.0
IPC7.0

when Supervisor clicks for silent monitoring,it's throwing an error

Cann't find column [ID]

Anyone faced similar issue/resolution.

Any suggestion welcome.
