[cisco-voip] Dial-Peer Catch All question

All, I am using 7 digit dialing within the network, I was looking at a 
way to do a catch all,
so if a 7 digit number doesn't match an existing dial peer, it would hit 
dial peer 555 (see Below)
and be routed to our default voip gateway - doesn't seem to work with 
this config and is affecting other
7 digit calls, what is the best way to do this?
