[cisco-voip] ATA 188's and CUCM 8.6.2

Thanks all. Got this figured out.

For some reason, both ports on the ATA config got disabled to during
migration of CCM versions. Had to set both ports back to . and they
registered, had to do manual upgrade procedure to with modifying the
XML file. The main reason why they weren't registering was the ports
getting set to 0 (disabled) somehow. Haven't seen that before. I've
seen the ATAs or phones stuck on old firmware but still working.
