[cisco-voip] Rightfax and VG224

I have an interesting issue that I am trying to determine if my VG224 is at fault or if its related to Rightfax.

I have 8 ports configured on a VG224 that are connected to a Rightfax server. The ports are configured as H.323 in order to pass the correct DTMF. All test calls into the server from the PSTN worked with no issue.

After additional testing it was found that all faxes from one remote site are failing. Those calls are sent over a T1 CAS line to the PSTN and then into a local MGCP gateway, then forwarded out to the H.323 gateway. I cant find anything on the VG that would cause this issue and was looking to see if anyone had seen a similar problem. The rightfax group is seeing the following errors on the inbound fax server.

13:19:26  CH[28] Brooktrout: BoFAX:Receiving into 'D:\RIGHTFAX\DOCTRA~1\AB0843B9.IPK' -> .
13:19:26  CH[28] Brooktrout: BoRFAX:'D:\RIGHTFAX\DOCTRA~1\AB0843B9.IPK' opened successfully.
13:20:11  CH[28] Brooktrout: BoTMLR:Error (Hangup: No answer, T.30 T1 timeout. (11)) in BfvFaxGetRemoteInfo.

13:20:11  CH[28] Brooktrout: BoPAOCI:ISDN charge information unavailable.
13:20:11  CH[28] Brooktrout: BoFAX:Result:Hangup: No answer, T.30 T1 timeout. (11), status=4, Line_Status=11,  Local ID='Covance'  FaxRes.RemoteID=''.
13:20:11 CH[28] Brooktrout: About to call BosCallProgressDone from BosHangupCall. (bCallProgressEnabled = 0)..
13:20:11 CH[28] Brooktrout: Returning from call to BosCallProgressDone()..
13:20:11  CH[28] Brooktrout: About to call BosToneDone(0)..
13:20:11 CH[28] Brooktrout: Returning from call to BosToneDone()..
13:20:12 CH[28] Brooktrout: About to call BfvCallDisconnect()..
13:20:14  CH[28] Brooktrout: RECEIVEDOC 2.

I just had them try an outbound call over the analog line to a working site and it was reported that the Rightfax comes back saying "dead line"

The VG config is attached as well.

Can anyone help?

Thanks
