[cisco-voip] Cisco UCCX Desktop Agent Application - Disappears

Hello,

        Strange issue occurring, wanted to know if anyone has seen this, or may have a resolution.  We recently upgrades from UCCX 7.01 to 7.02, in order to prepare for an upgrade to 9.1.
        When launching the Cisco Desktop Agent, it prompted for a new version, and installed.  When the agent logs in, she puts her user id, password and IPCC extension.  It goes to execute, and then disappears.  Never launches.
        This is an existing agent that has been working flawlessly for a year.  If I uninstall the desktop agent, clean out all registry entries, and I even deleted her Windows profile, re-installed the Desktop Agent Application, it does the same thing, disappears.  This is happening on 2 out of 10 agents.

Any thoughts?
